Refund Policy

Before work begins

If you cancel an order before we begin researching, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

After work begins

Because title research uses staff time and paid record access as soon as it starts, orders cancelled after work begins may be refunded in part, less the work completed and any government or third-party fees already incurred.

Completed reports

Completed reports are generally non-refundable. If you believe a report contains an error within its stated scope, contact us promptly. We will review it and, where appropriate, correct the report at no charge or issue a refund of up to the fee paid.

Non-refundable fees

Recording fees, copy fees and other charges paid to government offices or third parties are non-refundable once incurred.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.

How to request

Reply to your order email or contact the brand site you ordered from with your name, property address and order date.
